PARIS, Jan 21, 2013/ FW/ — Mihara Yasuhiro might have made his name designer footwear first, but season after season, his eponymous menswear collection continues to catch the attention of the well-dressed gent.
For Fall 2013, he mixed European styling with elements from the famed Japanese cosplay and traditional Japanese aesthetics. Quilted vests worn over suit coats made from the same material. Oversized peacoats, military inspired jackets, and knee-length winter coats were proposed with removable shearling collars.
Interestingly enough, though not surprising, the Puma shoes and the MiharaYasuhiro shoe line made the look fashion forward, the unusual combination of aesthetics made the total look stand out.
