We never thought we’d applaud a 22-year-old as the epitome of business chic. But then again, Hailey Bieber has surprised us time and again. She has almost single-handedly kept the anti-fit trend alive, and we’re constantly inspired by her love for wearing blazers for off-duty outings.

Hailey’s streetwear motto is simple — team it right. Hailey has worn blazers with everything from leather pants, hoodies, crop tops, miniskirts and baggy khakis. And if you’re looking for excuses to wear your double-breasted tweed blazer, here’s Mrs. Bieber serving up some inspiration.

 

Keep It Short
Hailey pairs a plaid Alexander Wang blazer with a matching number at Milan Fashion Week. A double-breasted business blazer can totally work as fierce streetwear if coordinated right.

Hailey teams an evening blazer with vinyl pants and a black hoodie. It’s quirky, it’s effortless, and the ensemble just gels together. Blazers are great for monotone and layered power dressing, especially if you’re playing with length.

Only Hailey can pull the Don Johnson move with her blazer and come out looking this incredible. For Tom Ford’s Fall/Winter 2018 show in New York, Hailey opted for a Tom Ford nude viscose jacket paired with shorts. If you’re wearing something short, don’t cover it up with a sweater; instead, go for this open jacket look.

Baggy Chic
Hailey makes a stellar statement in an oversized khaki blazer. What really works for this look are the low-key neutral colors. If you’re getting in on the baggy trend, start with colors you’re most comfortable with.

This all-pink look could have gone wrong had it not been for the subtle skin showing and the skimming cut. This bright two-button Carolina Herrera blazer works perfectly for Hailey’s long and lean silhouette.

Whoever told you pinstripe is out obviously needs to take a look at Hailey’s book of boss babe outfits. The model wears a simple Mugler suit from the Pre-Fall 2017 collection. An all-pinstripe ensemble can still make for one hell of a look.

Hailey proves that the visible bra trend is still very much alive with this ensemble. If you’re going for the oversized trend, pair old school tweed or plaid with something edgy.
