Líneas de la colección:
The 1990’s entailed the end of the millennium and the starting-point for the 2014-2015 Collection from Miguel Marinero.
Inspired by architectural trends we have inherited from this decade, the collection presents a series of innovative ideas in which the simplicity of the silhouettes is highlighted by the combination of different fine materials and furs.
Cashmere, wool and tweed blend with rich and handcrafted furs in a style that combines glamour and practical appeal, in line with the pace of life in cities today.
Contrasted with a range of colours that departs from a series of candy shades and progresses towards more strident tones, with rose being the star turn, this collection redefines the glamorous and elegant style of the Miguel Marinero woman, who likes to wear clothing items that combine a sense of fragility with a touch of sobriety. This immersion in the values of urban culture, together with the fusion of trends and styles dating from the 1990’s, has led the designer to inaugurate a second and more youthful and informal line in order to pay homage to a contemporary generation that is constantly evolving.
Fine materials create a series of delicate designs that endow each clothing item with a sense of subtlety and elegance, based on a rich combination of different textures. A conscientious reworking of lines imbues the most traditional materials with a more cutting-edge appeal. Here we come across a series of rich and fascinating contrasts, with references to the world of punk, reflecting the designer’s aesthetic reflection and exercise in personal style.
