DALLAS, May 20, 2004/ FW/ --- SoHo is short for South of Houston Street. Located in downtown New York, SoHo is home to the artsy crowd, including a lot of New York-based fashion designers. So, it's really no wonder that there are a lot of designer shops located in the area.
