badly damage glass), the stores do not have outside windows. Their windows are
inside the mall, facing the foot traffic. Nevertheless, their windows are as
attractive as any major city.

DALLAS, Aug 10, 1999/ FW/ --- Horton Plaza is an upscale shopping mall in historic downtown San Diego. The area is very beautiful in its own right. Adding a shopping center in the middle of it without taking away the historical significance just made it wonderful!
