London, Aug 14, 2001/ FW/ --- Premier Womenswear, one of the three trade exhibits for fashion at London's
ExCel Exhibition Center continue to draw thousands of retailers and buyer.
Held with Pure Essentials
and 40 Degrees, Premier Womenswear is the UK's largest classic womenswear exhibition of mainstream and
commercial collections from leading British and international labels.
Organized by I & E, Premier Spring 2002 was held Aug 12-14, 2001, right before London Fashion Week.
(Premier is held twice a year - February and August.)
With over 400 participants, this season's presentation already showed what trends to expect for the
Spring 2002 season.
According to Drapers Record, Spring 2002 will be dominated by the romantic
look inspired by the pre-Raphaelite figures. And if you are thinking of colors and prints, expect
bold graphics and vibrant color combinations. Chic and elegance is back with coordinates and
formal wear.
