Melissa Maynard won first prize in the Earth Day Competition at Delta College with her Milk Cap Dress.

The Milk Cap Dress is made up of 900 milk caps and rings.	The cloak is part of the whole emsemble.	The milk caps were sewn on like buttons to make the outfit.
