Irish-born designer Philip Treacy studied at the Royal College of Art and even before his graduation, he has
already been recognized as an extra-ordinary millener.
His mastery of the traditional art of millenery sets him apart from other milleners. Balance, swooping and
carving of his hats are beyond comparison. Add to that Treacy's vivid imagination and what you have is an
artist par exellence.
Is fashion art? Philip Treacy blurs the line, because he is an artist, and he is also a fashion designer wherein
